Founded from a deeply personal journey, CarePath was born out of a desire to do work that is not only purposeful but also personally fulfilling – work that makes a lasting difference in the lives of others. After spending years managing finance and operations in a high-powered corporate role, where she oversaw hundreds of millions of dollars, our founder stepped away to focus on her health and raise two young children. That time away provided an opportunity to ask, “What truly matters?” – and to redefine her purpose.
What followed was a journey of service: running a nonprofit, supporting humanitarian efforts in Ukraine alongside her brother and his fellow soldiers, and caring for her family’s 90+ year-old matriarch, who wanted nothing more than to remain in the comfort of her own home.
These experiences brought clarity: the greatest fulfillment came from helping people – not from titles or paychecks, but from knowing she was genuinely making a difference in someone’s life. CarePath Home Care was born from that clarity.
